At your first visit, Dr. Eddy will review your Patient Intake Form and perform a physical examination of your problem areas and concerns. This may include diagnostic imaging.
After the exam, Dr. Eddy will diagnose and review findings with you to create an optimal treatment plan. During treatment, MDC Chiro will work with your insurance and clearly explain your coverage and answer any questions that you may have.
